Payment Options

How you pay

All payments on Stagio are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. You are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete your order — Stagio never sees or stores your full card number.

We keep only the last four digits of the card and the Stripe payment reference, so you and our support team can match a payment to an order.

Accepted methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and other major debit and credit cards.

Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.

SEPA direct debit and Klarna for customers in the EU, subject to availability at checkout.

Currency and pricing

Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.

Prices displayed on the site include applicable German VAT unless stated otherwise. A VAT invoice is issued with every completed order.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you confirm your order, before our team begins work. For custom quotes, you are charged only after you accept the quote we send you.

Your receipt arrives by email from Stripe as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no work begins. Contact your bank first — most declines are card-side security checks.
