Who we are
Stagio is a virtual staging service based in Bremen, Germany. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Reach us at contact@dicestagio.com or +49 1520 1499155.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash — we never see it).
Order data: the property photos you upload, the options you choose, and the contact and reachability details attached to your quote.
Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store only the Stripe payment reference and the last four digits of the card.
Contact form data: the name, email, phone number and message you send us.
Why we collect it
To deliver the service you ordered, to take payment, to answer your enquiries, and to keep your account secure. This is processing necessary to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for security and fraud prevention, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use your property photos to advertise without your permission.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for image hosting, MongoDB Atlas for our database, and our email provider for transactional mail. Each acts as a processor under contract and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Order files and project data are kept for 24 months after delivery so you can re-download them. Invoices are kept for 10 years as German tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@dicestagio.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. These are strictly necessary for the site to work and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
