Returns & Revisions

What we deliver

Stagio produces digital files: virtually staged photos, renovations, renderings and floor plans. Because nothing is shipped, there is no physical return — instead we work with revisions and, where appropriate, refunds.

Free revisions

Every order includes two rounds of revisions at no cost. Tell us what to change — furniture style, layout, an object that should have been removed — within 14 days of delivery and we will redo it.

Revisions cover the brief you originally submitted. A change of direction after delivery (a different room type, a different style entirely) is treated as a new order.

Refunds

If we have not started work on your order, you can cancel for a full refund.

If the delivered files do not match the brief and we cannot fix it within the revision rounds, we refund that item in full.

Work that matches the brief but is no longer wanted is not refundable once delivered, since the files cannot be returned.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. By placing an order and asking us to begin immediately, you agree that this right lapses once the work is fully delivered — you keep it in full until then.

How to request one

Email contact@dicestagio.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original card within 5–10 business days.
