What it is
Empty units, fitted out digitally.
Commercial space is almost always marketed empty — a grey shell with a concrete floor and exposed services. Tenants cannot read that. Commercial virtual staging fits the space out digitally so a prospect sees desks, seating, stock or covers instead of square metres.
We stage to a use case: the same shell can be shown as an open-plan studio, a clinic, a café or a showroom, which lets one set of photographs work across several tenant profiles.
