Occupied properties photograph badly for reasons that have nothing to do with the property: heavy furniture, personal photographs, clutter on every surface. We digitally empty the room, rebuild the floor, walls and skirting behind what was removed, then either leave it clean or restage it in a style that sells.
Nothing has to be moved, stored or rented. The tenant stays put, the shoot takes an hour, and the listing looks like a show home.

Flooring, skirting and wall texture are reconstructed behind removed objects, so there is no smeared patch where the sofa used to be.
Remove, then restage
Order the two together and we clear the room and refurnish it in one pass — usually cheaper than booking them separately.
