Occupied properties photograph badly for reasons that have nothing to do with the property: heavy furniture, personal photographs, clutter on every surface. We digitally empty the room, rebuild the floor, walls and skirting behind what was removed, and leave it clean and empty.
Nothing has to be moved, stored or rented. The tenant stays put, the shoot takes an hour, and the listing looks like a show home.
